4 Points Corp. was founded in the United States of America in 2007 with a special emphasis consulting with general managers, administrators and executives of Brazilian companies planning to do business in the US markets well as US based companies intending to do business in Brazil.
4 Points Corp. is a subsidiary of Frascino Consultores Associados which was originally founded in 1982. The companies’ background included extensive work with international businesses mainly within the import and export industries. Rubens Frascino is the CEO with over 30 years experience consulting on projects with companies like General Motors, Philip Morris, Singer, Bunge, Pirelli, Ferretti, Allied Marine, Sertrading, Terra Nova, Bvlgari, Derma Sciences, Yacht Export, Premium Global Group LLC, South Region Aviation, RAMP LLC and others.
